CMStP 1900 Timetable

When the Northwestern Elevated began operations between downtown and Wilson Ave in early 1900 the St. Paul changed its schedule drastically. Initially, it ran 99 trains between Evanston and Wilson Avenue (Sheridan Park), of which only 14 made the trip downtown.  For the trains between Evanston and Wilson, we are not sure whether any stopped in Edgewater or at any other stop or whether they were just in no-stop shuttle service. This operation lasted only for a short time (how short we do not know). By the end of the year only the 14 trains between Evanston and downtown were in operation.
