49 years and holding - ECC turns 50 in 2010

For the past year, committees of this neighborhood have been working on the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Edgewater Community Council. The Edgewater Historical Society is planning an exhibit which focuses on Operation Winthrop/Kenmore, known as OWK with an exhibit of photos. and clippings. If you’ve saved something from this era of the late 1970s-1980s that you are willing to share please contact us. We have just a few photos and would like more. Specifically we are looking for photos that show some of the buildings before they were rehabbed.
